The active device is an Altera EPM7032STC44-10.
It is a high performance 5 Volt programmable device, containing 32 Macrocells and will run up to 100 MHz.
Some other replacement DIL devices are only 3.3V IO, which can be a problem with some old hardware which can be
rather intolerant.
Providing firmware is available, the modules can replace just about any DIL device, for example TTL, PALs & GALs etc.
The modules are particularly useful for fault finding on old hardware, rather than ordering and replacing a suspect device
a module can be programmed in seconds to be a particular hard to find TTL device and used instead of the original part. If the problem still occurs, the module can be removed
and used elsewhere.
It is slightly larger than the DIL device it replaces, but this is unlikely to be an issue - please check before ordering.
All devices are 14.73 mm wide.

The 14 pin is 19.56 mm high.
The 16 pin is 22.86 mm high.
The 20 pin is 27.94 mm high.
The small volume pricing is $20 but please check with me as exchange rates are fluctuating.
If there is enough interest I can get the price down to <$10 by using an equivalent Atmel part.

I am waiting for a TTL chip tester so I can validate all the designs and for production test. It should be noted than no replacement device
can be guaranteed to work in all circumstances, but in case of a problem a refund minus postage will be offered.
